  • Groups: If you have a group of 15 or more, please inquire about additional options.  
  • Payment: All major credit cards are accepted using our Booking system.
  • Cancellation/refund policy: You can cancel up to 48 hours after booking for a refund minus the credit card processing fee.  After 48 hours, bookings can be changed to another date during the same calendar year for no charge but are not refundable.  No changes are allowed 24 hours or less before the tour starts.

  • There are 2 pickup points: one in Falls Church, VA closest to DC and one in Leesburg, VA in Loudoun County.
  • In Falls Church, pickup is at the West Falls Church Metro Stop Kiss & Ride area.

    • By Metro:  You can get here by taking the Orange Line to the West Falls Church metro stop and proceed to the Kiss & Ride bus lot.
  • In Leesburg,
    • Pickup is at the Market Station near Neighbors: A Local Market

      • We will meet you at the stairs to the east of Neighbors: A Local Market.
What should I do about lunch and snacks?
  • Each winery has food options, many of which have small bites.
  • The second winery you will visit has a more robust lunch menu.  
  • We stay at the second winery a little longer so you can enjoy lunch and wine!
  • Some wineries allow outside food in their outdoor spaces, but many do not allow outside food.
What should I wear/bring?
  • Weather-appropriate clothing: Emphasize comfort and layers, as vineyards can have varying temperatures indoors and out.
  • Sun protection: Hats, sunglasses, sunscreen.
  • Comfortable footwear: Many vineyards have uneven ground.
  • Optional items: A small bag, water bottle, snacks for the bus, a power plug and cord to keep your phone charged, a notebook, and a pen if you wish to record your wine-tasting impressions.
